At Regency Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional pickup service; for smaller home accents, a prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
